Kilravock Castle (pronounced 'Kil-rawk') coach house BandB dates from 1460. It offers a unique and friendly Christian get away from it all peace and tranquil environment in a truly historical setting. Accommodation is provided in the former Coach House located across a small courtyard from the main Castle building. There are an assortment of seven bedrooms four en-suite and two with shared bathroom facilities and one with exclusive bathroom adjacent to the room (Please note there are no TV's in the bedroom's) Breakfast is served in the Castle Dining Room. There are guided tours of the Castle for guests in the season daily at 9.30am (except Sunday's). The 40 acres of beautiful grounds make a perfect setting for the castle and they are noted for a large variety of beautiful trees - some of which are centuries old. The River Nairn which runs along the border of the Estate the tree garden and the woodland and nature trails all abound in bird and animal life while the local surrounding area offers forests hills valleys and lochs - all awaiting unhurried exploration.

Glenan Lodge is a traditional country house with private fishing in a village location in the midst of the Monadliath mountains just 15 miles south of Inverness and 15 miles north of Aviemore on the main A9. We are fully non-smoking. We have a comfortable guest lounge with video a homely dining room and licenced bar. Home cooked evening meals are available but must be booked in advance. We are ideally situated for walking cycling bird-watching mountain biking or just touring the Highlands - Loch Ness and the ski area at Aviemore are each only a 30 minute drive away and Tomatin Distillery with it's Vistor Centre is next door!! We also have our own 2 mile beat on the river Findhorn for the use of our guests for salmon and wild brown trout fishing. We are pleased to welcome children 5 years of age and over.
