It stands in large gardens with plenty of parking space. In the garden there is a barbeque and tables and chairs. The house sleeps eight with four bedrooms - one double two twin and one bunk bedded room accessed via two staircases. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with oil fired Aga electric hob and oven dishwasher microwave breadmaker and other appliances and table and benches. The sitting room has an open fire. TV CD player.There is an attractive dining room sitting eight. A sun lounge with chairs DVD and video player with discs and tapes. There is a bathroom shower room with toilet and also separate toilet. Pets are very welcome (no charge). Also included are bikes a rowing boat on Loch Spelve and a Canadian canoe.This is an ideal location for walking wildlife and birds - otters sea and golden eagles and deer.Everything needed is provided is included except your food and drinks.
