No 15 is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in a beautiful leafy residential suburb of Edinburgh just a 10 minute bus ride or 25-30 minute walk to Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle. Offering free wifi there are are also many fabulous restaurants close by. The house has 3 gorgeous bedrooms all furnished with genuine antiques persian rugs and wonderful deep sprung mattresses ensuring a peaceful deep night's sleep. Parking is free all weekend and all night from 5.30pm to 8.30am each week day. (Free parking all week can be found just 500 metres from the BandB). Please note that the BandB is a family home with 3 young children who can be noisy in the mornings so ideally suited to those who want to experience life in a Scottish household and want a lovely immaculately clean room and really friendly hosts. Optional Continental breakfast is served to your room by breakfast tray upon request for £5.00 per person. All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee however debit cards are not. We always try to check in all guests personally but having children does mean that sometimes we can't always be home however your key will always be available in the key safe so please let us know your arrival time where possible or call on arrival if there is no immediate answer at the door. We are strictly non-smoking. Our aim is to help you have a lovely visit to Edinburgh and one that you will always remember and look forward to coming back to. As we are only a BandB and not a big hotel we do not have a 24 hour reception and therefore check in time is available from 2pm until 7pm only. If you are going to arrive after 7pm please call us on the day of booking in order to let us know to ensure we can arrange access for you to your accommodation. This is non-refundable at all times. If invalid payment card details are supplied the guest will be alerted and given 24hrs to provide an alternative method of payment without which the booking will be cancelled. Please note that any credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee. Debit cards are not subject to this transaction fee. Reception is open from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm at weekends.FULLY NO-SMOKING POLICYOn 26 March 2006 the law on smoking in Scotland changed. Smoking is no longer allowed in enclosed public places. Failure to comply with the law is now a criminal offence and individuals will receive a fixed penalty of £200 for smoking in a no-smoking premises. This will be automatically deducted from your payment card.CHECK INCHECK OUTCheck in is available from 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival. Checkout is 10.00 am. Late checkout will be charged as the full rate for the following night. PLEASE NOTE that there are no card payment facilities available at the BandB and the balance will be required in cash. We regret that cheques are not accepted.LEFT LUGGAGEDue to legal restrictions we regret that we are unable to provide a left luggage service for guests. However Edinburgh Council do provide left luggage lockers at both St Andrews Bus Station and Waverley Train Station which are very easily reached within the City Centre. The airport bus also leaves from both these locations.PARKINGParking in Edinburgh is extremely difficult very expensive and virtually impossible within the city centre. There is unrestricted on-street parking available close to our Guesthouse between the hours of 5.30pm and 8.30am Monday-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday however there are 3 bookable spaces available at our Guesthouse just 3 minutes drive away subject to availability for £10 per night. There is un-restricted parking available close to our BandB between the hours of 5.30pm and 8.30am Monday-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday however there is free on-street parking available 24hrs a day approximately 500 metres away.
