The Queen's Head is an historic 17th Century Coaching Inn situated in the Troutbeck Valley just 3 miles from Windermere. Throughout the inn are solid oak beams stone flag floors and heart-warming log fires by which you can enjoy a deserved drink ordered from the bar which was once an Elizabethan four poster bed from a room in Appleby Castle. Hotel guests home comforts are very much of this century.
