NEW OWNERSHIP OCTOBER 2010! Brownber Hall Country House is a quiet retreat offering excellent AA 4-star guest accommodation. It is the only accommodation in the area with a lift. Guests are assured of a warm welcome and a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hall is set amid beautiful rolling countryside near the village of Newbiggin-on-Lune near Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria. It very easy to access from the M6 but is well away from the nearest main road with off-road parking available. Check-in time is 4-9pm but if you wish to arrive outside these hours please contact us and we will do our best to meet your wishes. Brownber Hall is now licensed to sell alcohol and although we don't have a public bar we keep a selection of wines and local ales. We don't do evening meals but can recommend some good places to eat nearby. Brownber Hall enjoys a unique and wonderful location.
