This newly converted property offers exceptional accommodation finished to the highest standard and offering you an extremely comfortable stay. We are conveniently placed within the Yorkshire Dales National Park which is ideal for walking and touring. With three very comfortable bedrooms one with a king size bed and the others with twinsuperking beds all rooms have en-suite facilities including separate bath and shower ensuring that all guests have their privacy and home comforts. All bedrooms are also supplied with television tea and coffee making facilities high quality bed linen and hair dryer. All breakfasts are sourced from local products and include fish cakes as a specialty and if the hens are laying it would be hard to find fresher eggs! One twinsuperkingsize room is in an ajoining barn newly renovated and decorated with a separate entrance but take breakfast in the main house.

It is in a secluded setting between Aysgarth and Swinithwaite.This 16th Century Farmhouse has three spacious guest rooms the family room sets the scale at 15ft by 17ft 2 are ensuite and 1 has a private bathroom. The downstairs room has an ensuite wet shower room with full wheelchair access. There is a large secluded walled garden and paddock for the use of guests and a large cobbled court yard for parking. We also offer a pick up service from nearby villages for walkers and luggage the bus service passes our gate there is also a drying room available for wet muddy walking kit. Guests can expect a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere comfortable accommodation in keeping with the character of the house and a memorable breakfast.
