'Hilbre' is a bright comfortable and spacious home in a wonderful location with amazing and far-reaching views. Located within easy travelling distance of the main shopping centres of Chester and Liverpool and the tourist areas of the Welsh Coast and the Snowdonia National Park it offers visitors a relaxing and luxurious stay in tranquil surroundings.The rooms are spacious and designed with luxurious comfort in mind. Some of the rooms have television sets and some have settees on which to sit and read or relax in comfort. All rooms have complimentary bottled water tea and coffee making facilities. All en-suites have shaver points and 'designer' toiletries.There are many 'walks' in the area and cycling is a very popular local activity. 'Hilbre' sits on a cycle path and is approximately 1 mile from the North Wales Coastal Path.Guests are very welcome to sit in the grounds and enjoy the views. We have our own chickens which are allowed to roam freely in the grounds and the local fields. We tend not to let them out of their run until after guests have left in the morning but they will probably still be roaming around during the evening. We also serve our own eggs at breakfast.
