Breakfast is not included but you are welcome use our kitchen to prepare your own meals.The guest house is surrounded by 7 acres of fields and is close to the Clwydian Hills a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is a walkers paradise with miles of footpaths and recreational path at the door step. Cycling on and off road as well as fishing and rock climbing are all activities possible in the area. A range of 18-hole golf courses are available near by. We have stables and grazing fields if you wish to come on holiday with your own horse. With unlimited off-roads riding on the doorstep we have put together a selection of our favorite routes for you to try ranging from 5 to 30 miles . In these a stop in a pub or at tea room are often possible . We can help you plan your route or we can offer you a guiding service for a small additional price. The property has secluded parking for car lorries and trailers. Please note we have a non -smoking policy. For the benefit of other visitors we have a no pet policy.Chester is a 30-minute drive away with its Roman walls and range of shops. Glan Llyn is also just 45 minutes from Liverpool and Manchester.
