The leisure centre is located on the lake shore where there are a number of water sports to keep you busy such as canoeing sailing wind surfing and fishing. Nearby is Bala Golf club White water rafting and Ten pin bowling.The village of Llanuwchllyn is home to the Bala Lake Railway within a small walking distance from Felindre which travels the length of the lake with regular departures throughout the day it is popular with locals as well as visitors alike.
