Grove Guest House provides accommodation of a very high standard. All rooms have been individually decorated and have ensuite shower rooms with toilet sink and shower (heated towel rail towels and toiletries are standard in each). Rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs (incorporating DVDmusic facilities) showing digital channels. Free wi-fi is available throughout the house. Each bedroom has additional seating area and table or breakfast bar. Tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits are provided. Standard in each room is a fridge kettle and toaster. Portman Road football ground is a 20 minute walk from the guest house.The new University building at the Marina is a 10 minute stroll from the house. The Marina also offers a range of bars and restaurants or you may want to stroll into town; also a ten minute walk away.
