Chalet 50 is our private chalet and is located within the well known Cotswold water park famous for its water sports and nature reserves walking cycling and even a man made beach.The chalet is located on the Hoburne Cotswold site with wonderful amenities of its own such as an indoor and out door heated pool gym sauna and jacuzzi.The peak season has entertainment throughout the day with Sammy seahorse club for the children cabarets and disco with bar for families. This is a wonderful four berth fully fitted chalet suitable for a great holiday. Room 1 has two single beds (one with occasional pull out bed under) also with electric heater drawer storage and clothes hanging area. Room 2 has a double bed electric heater and wardrobes.There is a fitted kitchen complete with microwave electric oven kettle toaster crockery and cutlery iron and board hoover and cleaning items.The bathroom has a shower over a full size bath WC wash hand basin and shaver point. There is also use of a hair dryer.You will find freshly made beds on your arrival and a hand towel for each guest is provided for use.

We have tried to make it feel as homely as possible by adding books of general and local interest.Off the entrance hall there is a downstairs shower room with a wc and hand basin. The dining area has a staircase leading to the first floor. Bedroom 1 Is a large double room that has full length windows with stunning views overlooking Spring Lake. This room has a large range of fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The room will also accommodate a travel cot.Bedroom 2 A single bed with another underneath. There is a hanging rail and a bedside cabinet with drawer.Bedroom 3 This is another double bedroom although there is limited walking space around the bed. There are two small bedside drawers and hanging space.There is a bathroom on this floor with toilet bath and hand basin.To the rear of the property there is plenty of room for 6 people to dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the lake there are also communal gardens. To the front of the Lodge are resident only parking spaces.There is a bus stop 500m away with buses running frequently to Cirencester. The nearest shop is approx 5 mins drive away and there is a Tesco in Cirencester.The nearest restaurant is The Brasserie which is on the same Lake and only a couple of minutes walk away
