Room options include king super king or twin beds and all bedrooms come with en-suite or adjoining bathroom. The main house has a large living room with log fire library and self-service honesty bar over looking the garden and views to Seend villiage. The ground floor also includes a formal dining room with open log fire reception area and farmhouse kitchen. First floor features four beautifully designed bedrooms each with en-suiteadjoining bathrooms.The 20 acres of surrounding grounds include the working farm stables vegetable garden and BBQ oudoor dining area all for you to enjoy the long summer evenings.All our rooms feature the highest quality pocket sprung mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen. Other standard features include flat screen TVs and DVDs and a library of books and dvd's are available in the lounge for you to borrow. Little luxuries complete in each room include 400gsm white toweling cotton bathrobes and the Bramley range of handmade natural bath and body products for use during your stay and which can also be bought at reception.We also offer dinner on weekend evenings. This begins with apéritifs andcanapés around the lounge fire and the menu to follow is a 3-course meal designed by Arron based on the local and seasonal produce we have at the time of your stay (taking account for any dietary requirements you make have).
