The Victorian building does not have a lift.

The flat is located close to two major car parks making it easy for you to leave your car in a safe environment. We offer a friendly welcome to families and groups who are wanting a break in North Devon. It is a lovely small town full of character and beauty and a fantastic base from which to explore the many delights of North Devon. Suitable for 2 adults and upto 2 children (fold up bed for 4th person).The town itself has a lovely victorian beach which is accessed through tunnels the Landmark theatre with its superb offering of shows and an award winning Aquarium. The Harbour is a jaw dropping sight with fantastic views as far as Wales on a clear summers day. The apartment is a mere moments level walking distance to the attractions. We are also at the foot of some glorious coastal walks that stretch out for miles! For the more adventurous traveller surfing is the main sport of choice and the beautiful surfing beaches of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton are close by. On warm summer days just relaxing on these beaches and watching the surfers ride the waves can be exhilarating enough. North Devon is a destination for everyone and great for family breaks.
