The 140 acre farm is ideal for exploring the Quantock Hills by foot or on horseback. The farm has equestrian facilities so you can enjoy a guided ride on one of our well mannered horses or bring your own horse with you on holiday (by prior arrangement). The Bed and Breakfast accommodation includes one double room with a balcony overlooking the farm and one twin room. Blue Door Cottages at Sherwood provide pleasantly quirky accommodation for couples and small families to enjoy on an individual basis but also form an ideal group for larger families and friends to enjoy each others' company while providing the space and privacy people need to really relax. Each cottage is available for Short BreaksWeekends with generous continental breakfasts provided in the cottages OR for longer (4 nights or more) Self-Catering stays.Set on the lower slopes of the Quantocks along narrow winding lanes but only 10 minutes from Junction 24 of the M5 Sherwood is a great place to relax but also makes a wonderful base from which to explore the whole of Somerset and some of the attractions of the surrounding counties.
