Our farm is in the most beautiful countryside on the Wiltshire Dorset border. We offer you Bed and Breakfast in our C17th listed stone farmhouse in a choice of 3 bedrooms. Self catering is also available. The Edwards Room has a 6 foot double bed and private bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower. The French Room has a 5 foot double bed and the Family Room has either a 6 foot double or two twin beds plus a double futon or Z bed. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra charge. The French and Family Rooms share a private bathroom. The Old Piggery is a studio apartment in a self contained building within our large garden. It has a 5 foot double bed and a single sofa bed separate kitchen and shower room and its own garden. It is let on a self catering basis for a minimum of 3 night stays. Breakfast can be taken in the farmhouse at an extra cost.You can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable time here. We have a herd of Red Poll Cattle on our organic farm and our own chickens lay your delicious breakfast eggs. You can see the stars in the night sky and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Stonehenge Longleat Salisbury the beautiful gardens at Stourhead Bath and the South Coast are all within easy reach and if you're travelling west from London we make a good stopping off point - though many of our guests wish to stay longer than just one night!

Applehay Studio is set on the Dorset Wiltshire border in a rural setting in the middle of a traditional picturesque village green. It is directly opposite a friendly village pub which dispenses real ales and home cooked food. There are also many other eating establishments within a 10 minute drive. The Studio has a view of the village pond and is surrounded by many acres of common land with walks and cycling from the door. It is an ideal rural retreat for a couple wishing to explore the area. We are 5 minutes from Shaftesbury with it's famous Gold Hill half an hour from Salisbury and 8 minutes from the A303.We also have wireless broadband connection.Sorry no pets allowed. The Studio is not suitable for children under the age of 8 yrs and due to the spiral staircase and low ceiling height upstairs the studio is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
