The Beckford Arms is a traditional country inn located on the edge of the rolling parkland of the Fonthill Estate in south Wiltshire just off the A303 - only twenty minutes from Stonehenge or Salisbury and under two hours from London by car or train. Crisp Egyptian cotton sheets Siberian goose down duvets and Vintage Welsh blankets adorn the beds whilst a comfy armchair sits on the natural seagrass floor. All bedrooms are ensuite with a bath shower or both. Within the bathrooms we use our own range of handmade natural bath and body products under the Bramley brand name.

Our farm is in the most beautiful countryside on the Wiltshire Dorset border. We offer you Bed and Breakfast in our C17th listed stone farmhouse in a choice of 3 bedrooms. Self catering is also available. The Edwards Room has a 6 foot double bed and private bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower. The French Room has a 5 foot double bed and the Family Room has either a 6 foot double or two twin beds plus a double futon or Z bed. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra charge. The French and Family Rooms share a private bathroom. The Old Piggery is a studio apartment in a self contained building within our large garden. It has a 5 foot double bed and a single sofa bed separate kitchen and shower room and its own garden. It is let on a self catering basis for a minimum of 3 night stays. Breakfast can be taken in the farmhouse at an extra cost.You can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable time here. We have a herd of Red Poll Cattle on our organic farm and our own chickens lay your delicious breakfast eggs. You can see the stars in the night sky and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Stonehenge Longleat Salisbury the beautiful gardens at Stourhead Bath and the South Coast are all within easy reach and if you're travelling west from London we make a good stopping off point - though many of our guests wish to stay longer than just one night!
