We are located about mid way between the various Marina's based on the Hamble River to one side we have three Marina's based in Hamble Village the other direction are Moody's Deacon's and Universal Marina's. In addition we are near the various Industrial units based in Hamble. We offer comfortable rooms with Wifi Freeview Television Safe and Tea Coffee facilities in all Rooms. To ensure Guests comfort we have fitted Heathrow windows to the front of the property facing Hamble Lane. Locally there are a number of public houses and a large 24 supermarket a short distance away. Devonia itself is located in a quiet residential area.Unfortunately we do not offer room service but guest's are welcome to bring there own food but we request guests eat the there meal in our dinning room we will happily provide plates and cutlery(snacks no problem in your bedroom) this is to avoid spills and smells in the bedrooms we do not serve breakfast in the room if breakfast is purchased.
