We are located about mid way between the various Marina's based on the Hamble River to one side we have three Marina's based in Hamble Village the other direction are Moody's Deacon's and Universal Marina's. In addition we are near the various Industrial units based in Hamble. We offer comfortable rooms with Wifi Freeview Television Safe and Tea Coffee facilities in all Rooms. To ensure Guests comfort we have fitted Heathrow windows to the front of the property facing Hamble Lane. Locally there are a number of public houses and a large 24 supermarket a short distance away. Devonia itself is located in a quiet residential area.Unfortunately we do not offer room service but guest's are welcome to bring there own food but we request guests eat the there meal in our dinning room we will happily provide plates and cutlery(snacks no problem in your bedroom) this is to avoid spills and smells in the bedrooms we do not serve breakfast in the room if breakfast is purchased.

The exact location is Ocean Village where there is a marina three restaurants and two cinema's. A Tesco's Express is close by for all your amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date.The apartment can be accessed by the lift or stairs and a full welcome letter is given to you so you know exactly how to locate the apartment.Once inside Endeavour there is a hallway which will lead you to the open plan lounge which has a two and one seater sofa a coffee table tv with freeview and a dvd player. There is a chic bistro table for up to four people to dine and leading off from the lounge is a balcony with a table and two chairs.The kitchen is fully equipped so you are not governed to hotel timetables and can eat at your leisure. All modern cooking utensils and equipment are supplied including pots and pans microwave ovenhob and fridge freezer. Plus there is a washing machine and clothes horse to cater for all your laundry needs.As you go back in to the hallway from the lounge you will find a good size family bathroom with a shower over the bath wash basin and WC; Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied on arrival.The Master Bedroom has a double bed with a double wardrobe and two bed side tables with two lamps and an alarm clock.Broadband is free unlike hotels where you have to purchase internet packages and if your stay is longer than 7 day our housekeeping team will clean and supply fresh towels and bed linen.Please note their is no allocated parking parking with this apartment.
