We are located about mid way between the various Marina's based on the Hamble River to one side we have three Marina's based in Hamble Village the other direction are Moody's Deacon's and Universal Marina's. In addition we are near the various Industrial units based in Hamble. We offer comfortable rooms with Wifi Freeview Television Safe and Tea Coffee facilities in all Rooms. To ensure Guests comfort we have fitted Heathrow windows to the front of the property facing Hamble Lane. Locally there are a number of public houses and a large 24 supermarket a short distance away. Devonia itself is located in a quiet residential area.Unfortunately we do not offer room service but guest's are welcome to bring there own food but we request guests eat the there meal in our dinning room we will happily provide plates and cutlery(snacks no problem in your bedroom) this is to avoid spills and smells in the bedrooms we do not serve breakfast in the room if breakfast is purchased.

The exact location is in Ocean Village where there is a marina three restaurants and two cinema's. A Tesco's Express is close by for all your amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date.This apartment is located on the 2nd floor which can be accessed by the lift or stairs. As you enter the apartment you will find the main hallway which will lead you in to the lounge and dining area. There are two sofas Tv with Freeview and a dvd player and a dining table with four chairs to entertain guests. From the lounge there is a balcony with beautiful views of the Solent so you can sit and literally watch the world sail by. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and is fantastic when you have a family as you are not governed by hotel timetables and can cater for children on their timetables. A washerdryer is in the property to meet all your laundry needs so gone are the days of having to return home to piles of washing. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath wash basin and a heated towel rail. Fresh Towels are supplied on arrival with complimentary toiletries. Down the corridor from the main bathroom there are two double bedrooms. Both have built in wardrobes chest of drawers plus bedside tables with night lights. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower wash basin and wc and again fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will be supplied on arrival.If your stay is longer than 7 day our housekeeping team will clean and supply fresh towels and bed linen. Additional cleaning can be provided at a small fee upon request. Allocated parking for one car is supplied in the secure car park and free broadband is available unlike hotels where you have to buy internet packages.
