Self catering cottages peacefully situated on an organic dairy farm. All the cottages have stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Dartmoor Exmoor and the Jurassic coast are less than hours drive away. Ideal for couples or families taking a short break holiday or visiting relatives in the area. There is a separate play area with trampoline swings and slide.The Cider Barn is a cosy apartment with mezzanine bedroom sleeping two people. The ground floor comprises of an open-plan lounge and dining area with sofa flat screen television with free view and DVD player. French windows lead to a secluded garden. The well-equipped fitted kitchen area has an electric oven and hob fridge washer-dryer and microwave. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a bath with power shower wash-basin toilet and airing cupboard. Upstairs tucked away beneath the beams you will find a cosy galleried bedroom area with a double bed snug duvet and organic bedlinen and towels.Poorman's Cot is a cosy cottage. Ideal for families it sleeps up to four people. A cot and highchair can also be provided. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - a double with king-size bed and a twin room with a bunkbed all with snug duvets and organic bedlinen. Towels are also supplied. The bathroom has a bath with over bath power shower toilet and washbasin. Downstairs there is a lounge with flat screen TV DVD and video. There is a well-equipped kitchendining area with a back door leading to a secluded garden. The house is centrally heated throughout.The Old Farmhouse is a very spacious well-equipped house ideal for family and friend get togethers and for celebrating special occasions. It sleeps up to 8 people two cots and highchairs can also be provided.Upstairs you will find four bedrooms an en-suite shower room and a bathroom:-Bedroom one has twin beds which can be zip and linked together to make a super-king size bed.Bedroom two is a smaller bedroom with a single bed. Bedroom three is a spacious double room with a king-size bed and ensuite shower room.Bedroom four is another spacious room with three single beds. All the beds have snug duvets and bed linen. Towels are also supplied.Downstairs there is a very spacious lounge with comfy sofasa flat screen television with Freeview Video and DVD players and a selection of DVDs and videos. There is a large inglenook fireplace with a large woodburner. Logs are supplied free of charge.The spacious fitted kitchen is very well-equipped with dishwasher microwave fridge-freezer washer-dryer and electric cooker. It also has a dining area with pine table and chairs. An additional toilet is situated on the ground floor. The house is centrally heated throughout. There is a large garden at the back of the house with garden furniture and BBQ.
