We are located just above the town centre an easy 10-15 minute stroll will take you past the train station (London Victoria line) through the town and down to the sea front. If you are staying a few days by car there's lots of interesting places to visit plenty of things to do.We do not allow smoking on the premises but we do have a back patio that smokers can use. In consideration to other guests and their possible allergies we are unable to allow pets. Children aged from 12 years are welcome. We have three off road parking spaces and there is enough un-restricted parking along the road.Please note we do not take children under the age of 12
