Set on the west coast of the Isle of Wight overlooking the white cliffs that tumble down into the English Channel this Country House designated non-smoking is within yards of some of the finest walking on the island. Many of the 49 bedrooms have wonderful sea views with others overlooking the gardens and downs (Tennyson Down). The bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the bedrooms.Guests can relax in the three lounges and barcoffee lounge or in the heated outdoor swimming pool open from Easter to September inclusive. Close by perched high above spectacular cliffs is Freshwater Bay Golf club for those who like a challenge eighteen holes. There is also a nine hole course at the Farringford again only minutes away. Here you can relax and enjoy a great lunch or spoil yourself with an evening meal at their fine dining restaurant alternatively leave your car at Weston Manor and walk 3 4 minutes down the road to the Highdown Inn famous for their sea food menu You can relax in the friendly bar restaurant or gardens. A visit to west Wight would not be complete without a trip to the Needles Park Alum bay where amongst other attractions you can enjoy a Boat ride around the Needles themselves taking either the fast boat or the slower one take the chair lift down or the steps you choose. At the end of a busy day exploring we are happy for guests to enjoy our garden where seating overlooks the wood where regular visitors are seen.
