Many of the 49 bedrooms have wonderful sea views with others overlooking the gardens and downs (Tennyson Down). The bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the bedrooms.Guests can relax in the three lounges and barcoffee lounge or in the heated outdoor swimming pool open from Easter to September inclusive. The barcoffee lounge also has a outdoor patio area. In the grounds there is a children's playground while adults can enjoy putting croquet badminton and tennis.
