Payment and Cancellation Terms and ConditionsPlease note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that staghen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.Additional £100 Security DepositA £100 deposit will be added to the total holiday cost payable at the time of balance.
