Just 3 miles from Par Beach 4 miles from Polkerris and just 5 miles from Carlyon Bay and the picturesque waterfront at Fowey with its stylish yachts and brightly coloured fishing boats and small beach at Readymoney Cove. Looe and Polperro are nearby and Green Acres is also a well placed venue for many varied country and coastal path walks. Follow the Camel Trail from nearby Bodmin to Padstow by cycle or on horseback or simply unwind in the relaxed atmosphere of Green Acres. This superb complex of just ten de luxe Cornish stone-faced cottages is set in around two acres and surrounded by stunning views of the countryside.All cottages are equipped and furnished to de luxe standards and have been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain. There is an indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms plus shower and toilet. The reception area also includes a coin-operated laundry. Most of the grounds are laid to lawn with fruit trees scattered around with a barbecue area for communal use in addition to some cottages having their own brick built facility. A small children's outside play area is located alongside the pool complex.The excellent facilities include:Ten cottages each with 2 bedrooms one double (mostly ensuite) and one twin both with TV and DVD. Each property has 2 deluxe bathrooms some with bath Loungediner with widescreen TV and selected satellite channels including Sky sports plus DVD and quality double sofa bed (excluding cottage 6 - max 4 persons). The code for the safe will be on your confirmation received from Greenacres Cottages. You will need to print this and take it with you or make a note of the code without this information you will be unable to access your accommodation. Payment and Cancellation Terms and ConditionsPlease note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs or £150 whichever is greater 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that staghen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.Additional £100 Security Deposit is charged at the time of booking. This is refundable within 7 working days of departure subject to any deductions for extra cleaning breakages etc as advised by our housekeeper.

The Studio is a beautiful self-catering apartment ideally located as a comfortable base from which to explore everything that Cornwall has to offer. It is located on the outskirts of St Austell in a quiet location. The Studio has it's own private patio and looks out onto communal gardens shared with the resident mini-shetlands the occupants of Bay View Cottage and the owners. The Eden Project is only 2 miles away and the historic Charlestown harbour is only a 5 min drive from The Studio. If you are wanting to visit the beautiful gardens of Cornwall there is also Heligan Caerhays Castle and Trewithen within a 15min drive. The Studio offers a mezzanine style bedroom with large double sleigh-bed and a spiral staircase leading down to the spacious living accommodation with glass dining table dining chairs corner sofa with wall-mounted tvdvd player and stereo. The Studio also has a separate fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined bath and shower. Outside The Studio also has it's own private patio area. Wi-fi is available to guests free of charge. The Studio is located in grounds which over-look St Austell Bay. There is everything needed to make a great break away from it all- St Austell offers a new cinema complex and a modest shopping centre. Fowey is only a 10min drive as is Mevagissey- both offer plenty of lovely restaurants and tea-rooms etc. Padstow and Wadebridge are only a 20min drive from The Studio also offering plenty of little shops and tea-rooms. Of course there are plenty of lovely beaches both on the North and on the South Coast which are easily accessed from The Studio's very convenient location. Further afield St Ives St Michaels Mount and Penzance are all within an hour's drive.
