Having undergone an extensive refurbishment including a newlyfitted kitchen and bathroomthe cottage nowhas a fresh contemporary feel with a beachy twist.The property has a double bedroom with hanging rail and chest of drawers a single room with bunk beds and a small wardrobe and a newly fitted bathroom with contemporarywhite suite with shower over the bath. Upstairs there is a double aspect lounge with a two seat leather sofa and two leather recliner chairs LCD TV with Freeview and a blu-ray player witha selection of DVD's. Off the lounge is a cupboard housing the washing machine Hoover iron and ironing board.In the double aspect dining roomthere is a large extending oak table and chairs with ample room for 6. The newly fitted kitchen with a smallbreakfast barand stools is fully fitted with a large integrated fridgefreezer dishwasher single fan oven and ceramic hob. There is also a microwave toaster kettle and ample Denby crockery.To the front of the property is a small patio with table and chairs for your use. There is no parking available at the property although short term parking for unloadingloading is available; there are no parking restrictions in the village and there is usually ample space.The property is all electric and this is fully inclusive in the rental; heating is by night storage heaters and there is a log effect gas stove in the lounge. All duvets pillows and linen are provided including towels and beach towels. A travel cot high chair and stair gates are also available on request.Skyber Byghanis a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Please Note we are unable to accept Credit Cards for payment; as such all bookings will require pre-payment via cheque or electronic bank transfer to confirm the booking. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is also payable in advance.
