We are a large Victorian house on four floors where we provide good quality budget accommodation in a cool and relaxed setting. LordRyans is situated just a couple of minutes walk from Porthmeor beach and the Tate Gallery and not much more to the Town centre this makes it the ideal place to use as a base for exploring St. Ives with its amazing beaches harbour and narrow streets as well as Cornwall's rugged coastline famous gardens and spectacular countryside.We are within easy reach of the South West Coastal Path and have therefore become quite popular with hikers walkers and cyclists.We are also one the very few places in St Ives who welcome children of all ages. We also welcome pets but you need to speak to us before we accept a booking with a pet.BandB Surf lodge Hostel and even Holiday apartments we are all of them at the same time.There are 7 unique rooms at LordRyans and a separate 2 bedroom houseapartment each designed to accommodate a different type of guest. Unfortunately we do not have parking but there is large pay and display car park just around the corner and even free off street parking during low season. Chy Morvah meaning 'house by the sea' in Cornish is certainly an appropriate name for this seaside hotel. Views from the lounge and dining room extend across the golden sands of St Ives Bay to the lighthouse at Godrevy Point. The house designated as non-smoking has 40 en-suite bedrooms equipped with a hairdryer clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
