At the moment Ute Needell and Gerhard Arbogast are in charge in the 4th generation.The Hotel Hirsch is located in Kork. A beautiful little village with old framework houses on the border to France. By train you can reach Strasburg within 10 Minutes. Kork is the perfect location to start day trips to the Black Forest Baden-Baden Freiburg Alsace or the Europa-Park.The Hotel has 63 rooms. All with showerWC or bathtubWC color TV and hair dryer. Located in a small village the rooms are very calm.The restaurant is well known for its great food not only by locals. The Guide Micheline honors our restaurant with the Bib Gourmand since years. Regional German and French dishes made on order with fresh products from local suppliers is the credo of head-chef and owner Gerhard Arbogast.His sister Ute Needell puts in every effort possible to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.
