In operation since its foundation by family Koehler Auberge du Cheval Blanc will gradually be transformed into a restaurant where Melanie Koehler and his step-daughter Denise stoves emeritus start in the kitchen to offer a delicious cuisine while Peter the latter's husband takes care of the vine.
