La Blanquette Gites consists of two beautiful properties Vine Cottage and Grape Cottage just 6km outside of Sarlat in a location which combines the best of both worlds - peaceful rural countryside and bustling town life. Vine Cottage can sleep two people (one double bed) and Grape Cottage can sleep up to five people (one king size bed in bedroom and in the living area there is a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed).Both gites have been recently renovated and are finished to a high standard. They are modern and comfortable and will provide everything required for a fantastic holiday in this beautiful part of France.La Blanquette gites are situated one above the other and both have their own private entrance and seprate outside areas. Vine Cottage is on the ground floor and Grape Cottage on the first floor. The properties can be rented together or seperately. By renting both properties together two parties of friends andor family can combine close proximity along with privacy.La Blanquette is a place that everybody can enjoy no matter what you are looking for in your holiday; the location is rural while at the same time the medieval town of sarlat with its ample amenities and numerous attractions can be reached in the car within a few minutes or a longer downhill walk or cycle ride.Both gites have a good size bedroom modern bathroom and a large comfortable lounge with a flat screen TV with satellite television channels and a DVD player. There is free WiFi available and there is also an X-Box in Grape Cottage. There are dining areas in both gites and the kitchens are well equipped and have washing machines.There is parking for four cars to the front of the gites. The downstairs gite has a private fenced off garden and the upstairs gite has a private terrace with stunning views over the valley towards Domme. There is a large saltwater swimming pool just a few steps away from the gites and to the side and rear of both gites can be found pretty shared gardens and woodlands.For those of you looking for exciting night life and fine dining Sarlat has some fantastic restaurants and bars to offer some of the best in Perigord Nord in fact. For those looking for quieter nightlife both gites have BBQs to enable you to enjoy al fresco dining and the well equipped kitchens contain all you need to prepare a six course banquet or a simple GandT!

La Juin Juette is a beautiful large house with gardens and covered terrace situated just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Medieval Sarlat.Ssituated in a quiet residential area of Sarlat the property has been renovated and finished to a high standard by its owners and provides all you will need to facilitate a wonderful holiday in this beautiful town. The house is just a short stroll to the centre of town and therefore has all the amenities that Sarlat has to offer right on its doorstep.The property boasts four bedrooms two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms there is a modern shower room and the master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also has the advantage of a balcony - the perfect place to have a relaxing glass of vino.
