If you take the street in the other direction within 40 meters you will find yourself on the famous Buza beach bar where you can swim or read a book with a cold drink in your hand and than later watch the best sunset in town and if you are a night person music and summer breeze will make it the No1 place to be. Shingle beach is 3-4 minutes walk ferry to Lokrum and Cavtat 2-3 minutes away and everything else you might need is in that same distance.Our hotel consists of several apartments and studios which are placed on several locations in the Old City.Some of them are closer to the main street and some further in a more quiet part of the City.All the apartments have been recently renovated each with its own charm and character and are capable of accommodating from 2-5 peopledepending of your needs.

Welcome to Dubrovnik. Edi's Sea View Rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town) 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center. The guest house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. All the rooms in house have Air Conditioning. All the rooms have also king size beds one big bed for 2 person.Our guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that is why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us.Our guest house is just 30 seconds walking from the beach old town main street (Stradun) from grocery store internet coffee restaurants galleries historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars. We are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house. City center of Dubrovnik is a place where you can have everything you want from a vacation fun culture beautiful nature and romantic touch.We have 5 rooms and the rooms are situated on the 1 2 and 3 th floor. On the first floor we have 1 room withe the amazing sea view and private bathroom and air condition.On the second floor we have 2 rooms with the amazing sea view and each of this 2 rooms have the private bathroomof course air-condition.. Furthermore on the second floor we have 1 more room with private bathroom inside the room and without sea view. On the last third floor there is 1 more room with the private bathroom inside the room also without sea view.Please keep in minds that sea view rooms are on request and always contact the owner and if the sea view room is available of course we will keep it for you.Please note that payment on arrival is in cash. We do not accept Credit Card payments.
