Ana Marie Proudly Became A Citizen On February 14, 1968. She Is Active In St. Paul's Catholic Church And Served As President Of The Winnemucca Basque Club. Tom Is A 5th Generation Winnemuccan. His Great Grandfather Was The First Mayor Of Winnemucca. The Smith Family Immigrated To Tooele, Utah From Scotland In 1853. While On His Mother's Side Both The Havilands And Guthrie Settled In The Early 1860's. Tom Is A 1967 Graduate Of The University Of Nevada Reno And Played College Basketball For Four Years. He Served In The U. S. Air Force As A B-52 Navigator From 1968-1973 And Was A Winnemucca City Concilmen From 1992-2000.
