The Madison Avenue Deluxe is a beautiful large one bedroom 2 room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people in the very centre of Manhattan just couple blocks away from the Empire State Building. The Madison Avenue Deluxe and our other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible the apartment is not perfect in this regard yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet and it's the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please read our tips on becoming a green traveller. The apartment has a large bedroom with a big closet and a queen size bed. There are 3 large closets in the apartment in total. There is also an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The living room is large and has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 as well as a couch that can sleep an extra person. The apartment also comes with a coffee table and a dining table as well as a HDTV with cable. There is also free Wi-Fi Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove all the pots and pans cutlery and crockery making it easy for you to cook your own food. Considering the location and the amenities the Madison Avenue Suite is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!
