The village of Sant'Anna Arresi is based on a slight hill at 6 km from some of the most famous beaches of Southern Sardinia. The village was founded by the Phoenicians in the 8th century A.C. The surrounding area is rich of sites and monuments of great historical importance visible all year round. A large part of the territory is included in the heritage of UNESCO as patrimony of the whole humanity.
