There is a wonderful swimming pool for use of the residents only. There is a barrestaurant within 200 yards of the property and a new local market on Friday mornings which you can purchase anything from souveniers to vegetables. Although certainly not isolated we do recommend car hire to take full advantage of all the local amenities. One weeks car hire is usually cheaper than taking a taxi to and from the airportThe area is renowned for it's sunny beaches and is home to some dramatic ranges blue flag beaches and superb dining. Torrevieja is just 20 minutes away with over 100 bars to chooses from. The town of Quesada is very close with shops many restaurants and a water park for children. Golf courses include Villa Martin.
