Our complex is directly by the beach (70mtr). So if you want to feel some sand between your toes it's not a long walk away. For your information the beach here is a natural one a few yards across - safe swimming but there are no 'commercial' facilities such as sunbeds in the direct neighbourhood of Mammis Beach. Accomodation: With a see view of our comfortable studio apartments you can enjoy your stay. We have ten at ground floor each of which has a patio 'out front' where you can relax in comfort. There are ten further studio apartments at first floor each with a balcony. All balconies and patios face the sea. Restaurant: When it's hot and you are feeling ready for some shade and refreshment - then it's time to drop by the pool-side café bar restaurant. Although you may have chosen our studio - apartments because you wanted to cater for yourselves and be more independent whilst on holiday there may come a moment when you want a break from the household chores. The Snack bar and Restaurant is well shaded and perfect for either a light snack or something more traditional. Whatever your appetite we should be able to satisfy it... Come over to the bar for a cocktail or even just a soft drink. Relax at the bar for a chat with your fellow guests. It's a great way to make new friends!Not only that but you can listen to large sellection of music.

A small 28 rooms family-run Hotel Sunny View offers the simplest of holiday pleasures. Owner George will go out of his way to make you feel at home laying on a popular barbecue and karaoke night where the belt-buckling portions of food are delicious. The rest of the staff including Katerina and Francis happily keep things ticking over be it manning the bar trimming the flowers or producing an endless supply of homemade snacks.All rooms were fully renovated in 2008 and include tv fridge air-conditionhair dryer balconies with sea viewThe other talking point is the pool with fresh water. It's a good size features Roman steps and has a separate section for the children. Sunbeds and parasols surround it while beyond that it's nothing but fields and mountain ranges. Mind you you're not completely cut off if you choose to stay here.The beach is only 400 met. .Lively Kardemena is only 24 km away from the center but filled with views from along the scenic beach road.
