This is a large 5 bedroom home overlooking a small lake and woodland. From the rear of the property you can view Florida wild life so bring your binoculars. There are 3 bathrooms; Bathroom 1 has toilet hair dryer and one basin.Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet bathtub shower hair dryer and one basin.Bathroom 3 is a wet room with toilet and one basin suitable for disabled persons and great for showering more than one child togetherThis home also has the benefit of a games room containing with pool table. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The master bedroom has a four poster bed. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and lanai There is a formal and informal dining area a kitchen with oven hob microwave dish washer fridgefreezer separate utility room with a washer and dryer cable TV. and DVD.
