Coffee-roasting and cheese-making: our coffee is organically-grown at the Hacienda and in Rancho Jabali. A firsthand experience of the coffee growing processing and roasting operation can be arranged. Coffee from this farm has supplied the German Imperial family at the turn of the century as well as the guest of New York’s renown hotel, the Waldorf-Astoria. Each tour includes a coffee “cupping” or toasting. We welcome you to tour our cheese farm/dairy where the organic cheese tasting is also offered. We recommend a departure time of 10:45 AM. A car and driver will be waiting at the Hacienda entrance.
