The garden is a mixture of exotics and natives. Fruit and vegetables are organically grown. The stone fruit and berry orchard is a delight in JanuaryFebruary and guests are welcome to help themselves to tree ripened fruit. The Olive Grove supplies Aoturoa with its own oil and olives and a Hazelnut Grove has been planted as a future commercial crop.Aoturoa has a strong focus on the regions outstanding food and wine.
