A five minute drive takes you to the Kingston historical area where you will find museums the famous Georgian architecture Government House and the cemetery. The magnificent and beautiful golf course is also in this area as is the clear calm waters of Emily Bay. A safe family beach it is the best and most popular swimming beach on Norfolk Island. Glass bottom boats operate from here to view the coral. Nearby is Slaughter Bay a popular surf beach.
