Beachside Resort offers a choice of well appointed 1 2 and 3 bedroom fully self contained apartments and 2 fabulous 3 bedroom Penthouses. We are in a peaceful area but still close to all amenities and attractions of the Sunshine Coast. Kawana Shopping world and many restaurants are also within a short walk from our secure building.

The 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous Mooloolaba spit. Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia. All apartments are spacious and fully self contained. 84 has 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. We have a 4 Bedroom Penthouse with studio available with breathtaking views.
