This room is with 4 single beds and one bathroom with shower and one exterior window. The main floor is very bright with natural light and has direct access to the outside patio. There are 2 bedrooms; the larger room is with 4 single beds and air-conditioning and the smaller with 2 single beds (In total the apartment has 10 single beds) there is also 1 bathroom with tub in the main floor. The kitchen is medium size and fully equip with; oven gas stove microwave toaster coffee pot fridge washing machine and all cooking and eating facilities for 12 people. In the livingdining area you will be able to eat together by joining 2 tables and using folding chairs. This area also contains a sofa bed for 2 more people if need TV radio and air-conditioning. One of the great features about this apartment is the outside patio. The patio is located in the interior of the building complex and is very quiet. This area is nice for enjoying an outside meal taking sun or smoking. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment but on the patio ok. This apartment also includes all bed linens and towels.LOCATIONThe location of this apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be in the centre of the old city and walking distance to many of Barcelona attractions.
