We don't knock down walls and lose the character of the building to make way for a new staircase like I said we work with what we've got. Our restaurant and bar are open throughout the day where service is designed to be friendly but never intrusive. The Windmill Hotel Bar and Restaurant is beautifully appointed making a welcoming impact on arrival.
