On Sundays we have tradional Roasts with homemade Yorkshire Pudding - delicious! We also have seasonal special dishes such as pheasant and occasionally Rabbit Pie!Our two bars offer comfortable seating with two real roaring fires to welcome you on a cold winters day traditional wooden floors and a cosy atmosphere. We have a choice of real cask ales two of which are from our two local breweries Black Sheep and Theakstons. The two breweries are situated in Masham and offer brewery tours daily. Free WIFI available too.A separate room behind the back bar seats 15 and is where you can have a partake in a good old game of darts!We have 6 letting bedrooms consisting of 2 large double rooms 3 standard doubles and 1 single. They are all en-suite with flat screen TV and free view with some having a dvd player combined. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and complimentary bottles of water. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the price includes a full freshly cooked to order English breakfast. A great start to the day! Dogs are welcome too! We also have a 4 holiday cottage which sleeps 6 just five minutes walk away should you wish to cater for yourselves. Please note we are busy PUB WITH ROOMS NOT A HOTEL. Friday and Saturday nights can get busy as the pub has a good local trade with a great atmosphere. It is a real pub! With a license until 1 am.
