A warm Yorkshire welcome to this wonderful 16th century coaching inn conveniently located on Pickering's Market Place. The feel you get through the whole building is exactly what a traditional inn should be simple but welcoming. The bar is a proper bar with roaring log fires and serves a choice of real ale from Yorkshire it is well stocked to include at least twelve wines by the glass and a fine selection of malt whisky and liqeurs.The restaurant is truly traditional and has stone flagged floors and a roaring fire in winter to create the right atmosphere candle lit at night for extra romance.
