Wolds Village is a family-run establishment located in a magnificent Georgian farmstead which during the 19th century incorporated a charming coaching Inn. It is located in the unspoiled Yorkshire Wolds at the centre of the East Riding of Yorkshire in the heart of David Hockney country. We offer seven individually designed rooms all themed with a different historical period. From Tudor Victorian Georgian and Gothic to Art Deco Art Nouveau and Edwardian. Five of the rooms have king-sized double beds some with fourposters and two rooms are twin bedded. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and have a colour freesat digital TV teacoffee making facilities hairdryers and beautiful views over open countryside. Visit Britain have given a Gold award alongside the four star status. We also have a restaurant and tearooms which is open 7 days a week 10am to 8pm(last bookings) Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm Sundays serving traditional English cuisine at is best with many locally sourced products. We are well known for our Yorkshire breakfasts which are served in the conservatory area of the restaurant and for which we have been awarded the Visit Britain Breakfast Award. We also have a fantastic craft and gift shop which stocks a huge array of goods and is a real Aladdins cave. The shop is open 7 days a week. In addition we have two beautiful courtyards with outside seating areas woodland walk with Art Trail and 25ft Mosaic Dragon plus large car park with CCTV. Free internet WIFI in all rooms.

Holme Wold Cottage is a 4 star Gold Cottage located on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds on our working arable farm. The farmstead is a peaceful location ideally suited for exploring East Yorkshire including York Hull and the Yorkshire CoastThe cottage can comfortably sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the separate dining room. However we are able to offer parties of 4 the option of using 2 bedrooms only. Please ring or visit our website for details of prices for this option.Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room with leather sofas freeview TV and DVD player. The dining room has seating for 8 the leather sofa bed CD radio and a selection of books jigsaws and games for all ages. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet on the ground floor. WiFi now available.Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized oak bed and free standing furniture. The second bedroom has king-sized zip and link bed that can be reconfigured as two 2 ft 6 in twin beds if required. The twin room and family bathroom are under the eaves at the back of the cottage.The large garden is ideal for children and pets to play. There is a large shed for storage for bikes walking boots and other equipment. We offer three parking spaces one of which is undercover.We are happy to offer flexible breaks of any length starting on the day of your choice.
