Following a change of ownership the stables were built in the inner courtyard alongside some colonnades to be used for farming purposes: thus it was christened Cascina Spinerola. After an accurate and significant restoration work carried out with particular attention to detail by the family who is the current owner today the old Cascina is one of the most beautiful buildings used for hospitality in the Monferrato.
