Her food is some of the best authentic Italian cooking you will ever taste. What could be fresher than from tree or ground to plate in minutes. All meals are accompanied by homemade wine and water from the local Arenella Springs. It is not unusual for you to see Nicolina firing up the wood oven and making pizzas outside in the evening. For an additional fee you can book a place onto her wine making and olive oil making tours in September and October. Imagine yourself standing in the olive groves sun on your back picking olives and eating lunch alfresco. It is an experience few would forget.
