First Landing Resort sits on a Legendary site where First Fijians (Natives) landed Some 3500 Years Ago. The resort is located 15 minutes north of the Nadi International Airport going towards the Sugar City of Lautoka. The resort is set amongst 6 acres of lush tropical gardens along a white sandy beach with magnificent westerly views of the nearby Mamanuca Islands. Adjacent to the resort is the Vuda Yacht Marina. Ideal destination stay or in combination with cruise or outer island resort. The perfect location for short stopovers in Fiji. First Landing was a Beach side Restaurant before becoming a Resort and is well known of its seafood steaks and local cuisine.Please be advised we are currently undergoing construction work constructing a two storey bure located near Garden Villas 103 and 104 Deluxe Garden Bure 217 and Garden Bure 218. The site work is expected to be completed by end of September. The contractor has been restricted from any noise work prior to 9am in the morning and not past 5pm in the afternoon. Every effort is being made to minimise any discomfort to our villa guests during this construction periodThe following compensation is offered by First Landing Beach Resort and Villas:1. For any bookings currently held for Villa 103 Villa 104 Deluxe Garden Bure 217 and Garden Bure 218 the guests may choose to cancel their booking and no cancellation penalty will be charged by First Landing.2. From now through to completion of construction they will be offered a $F30 per day per villa or bure food and beverage resort credit. This credit will apply in addition to any specials already booked. This credit can be spent on food and beverage while at the resort but any unused portion will not be refunded in cash at the end of the guest stay. Should the construction programme extend beyond end of September adequate notification will be given with an offer for guests to cancel their booking or accept the $F30 per day Food and Beverage credit.The construction work will only affect Garden Villa 103 and Garden Villa 104 along with Deluxe Garden Bure 217 and Garden Bure 218. It is only these accommodation units which the $F30 per day Food and Beverage Credit will apply. All other villas and bures at First Landing Resort will not be subject to the $F30 per day Food and Beverage Credit as guests staying in these units will not be affected by any construction work. First Landing Reservations will in the return email confirmation of booking note the villa or bure number the guests are allocated to and state if the $F30 Food and Beverage Credit will apply.

Our weekly South Pacific Dance show features dances from around the South Pacific ending with heart stopping Samoan Fire Dance! Also weekly is our “Bula Fiji” show with traditional Fijian dances and songs performed by our staff with a fantastic beach BBQ right on the beach complete with a bon fire!!!! You may see your friendly groundsman by day become a fierce Fijian warrior by night!!!

First Landing has a boutique with a range of clothes, handicrafts and pharmacy products. Ladies from the near by Village also have a handicraft table.
